Artwork requirements

Ensure your printed and digital artwork is impactful with these guidelines

Supplying a logo

If you are supplying your logo for inclusion in the programme or slides, we require it to meet the following specs:
Either - a vector-based PDF, an SVG, a JPEG file of at least 2000px, a PNG with at least 300ppi resolution, an EPS file.

Both CMYK and RGB colour formats should be provided. We reserve the right to exclude / alter the logo if it does not meet these requirements.

For digital inclusion only, CMYK is not required.

Supplying an advert

Adverts will be included in both the digital and print versions of the programme. Please send a CMYK and RBG version (if possible) to ensure your colours are perfect for print and screen.

Please supply adverts in PDF format with linked or embedded images and outlined fonts.

The bleed for printed programme art is 3mm and the full page size is A5 - 148x210mm. Half page will be A6 - 105x148mm and so on.

Supplying EDM content

Mailer content can be sent in a couple of ways. Either you can simply send us your copy and images and we can build the mailing (and send you a test to check you’re happy), or you can supply full html so that it appears exactly as you intend. Please note that our standard campaign footer will be added to the bottom of your mailing, and we reserve the right to amend for spelling and grammar if we spot errors, but don’t guarantee this.

Sending us your artwork

Sending files under 10MB

Files under 10MB should reach us easily. Please send files to us using this hyperlink: hello@wildfire2024.co.uk.

Sending larger files

For anything up to 2GB, we recommend wetransfer.com, which is an easy way to send large files. We don’t anticipate that you’ll be sending us anything over 2GB, but if you need to, a similar file transfer site suits us if you’re able to provide a download link. That link should be sent on email to use using this hyperlink: hello@wildfire2024.co.uk.
